A Netflix "Extraction 2" promotional event location
To promote the release of Extraction 2 on Netflix, the campaign went big; a promtional stunt involving a Blackhawk helicopter carrying a billboard across the sky. Mr. Location Scout provided the location scouting services that made such an audacious stunt possible, finding the setting and coordinating the airspace, access, and permits that a helicopter-borne promotion demands. The event took place along the California Coast flying from Malibu to Los Angeles and back again, capturing the attention of tens of thousands of beach-goers over the Father's Day weekend. Pulling off a high-flying spectacle safely and on-message takes serious logistical muscle, and we handled the groundwork so the stunt landed the attention Extraction 2 was after.
