Unique Oakland locations for REI and Outdoor Afro
For REI's collaboration with Outdoor Afro, Mr. Location Scout sourced unique Oakland filming locations that honored the spirit of the partnership, celebrating community, and the outdoors in a city with real character. Projects like this run on relationships as much as on locations, and this one drew on re-discovered connections around the Bay to open doors that made the shoot authentic. We handled the scouting and access so the collaboration could tell its story in exactly the right place. This multi-faceted Video/Photo shoot provided for some unique content with Film Locations I am certain we will revisit.
