Anza-Borrego desert for a biblical Easter special
For this Crossroads Easter special, the production needed desert that could stand in for the Holy Land, and Anza-Borrego delivered; sweeping badlands, sculpted rock, and biblical-scale emptiness ideal for reenactment scenes. Mr. Location Scout located and managed these Anza-Borrego desert film locations, handling the access and permitting that shooting in a vast California state park requires, so the crew could stage large-scale scenes in an authentically ancient-feeling landscape.
