Rugged Joshua Tree high desert for Under Armour

Mr. Location Scout scouted rugged Joshua Tree film locations for Under Armour, securing desert access and permits for this high-desert athletic shoot. This photo shoot for Under Armour takes us into the areas around Joshua Tree, with an accompaniment of boulders and yucca trees.

Under Armour's performance gear needed a rugged landscape as tough and elemental as the brand itself, and Joshua Tree delivered; sculpted boulders, twisted Joshua dn Yucca trees, and raw high-desert light that reads as pure grit on camera. Mr. Location Scout scouted and secured the Joshua Tree film locations for the shoot and handled the permits and private access for that desert and near-park filming demand, so the crew could keep the athletes and product front and center against one of California's most striking backdrops.
